Proud to be joined by 37 @HouseGOP colleagues in filing an Amicus Brief in support of the 35 Navy service members seeking religious accommodations for the Department of Defense's COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Biden’s vaccine mandates are unconstitutional and an affront to freedom.

My Vaccine Passport Prevention Act is the legislative solution to this violation of our personal liberties.

Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for our service members cannot stand and we are taking this fight to the Supreme Court.

Proud to join Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA-4) and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) to file this brief in defense of the conscience rights of those who selflessly serve our country.

The right to defend yourself if someone else is trying to kill you should not even be a debate. Proud to cosponsor this legislation. Thanks to my colleague from the great state of Florida for leading this effort. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL-1)

I just sent a letter to DHS demanding answers on its vetting process of the individuals evacuated from Afghanistan.

We need to ensure that these individuals are being properly vetted and do not pose a risk to our communities.

We must ensure we have the proper process in place to understand who is coming into our country. Not doing so poses massive national security risks.

Thank you Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ-5) for leading this effort.

This is a serious matter of national security that cannot be overlooked. A proper and thorough vetting process of evacuees ensures our nation is not made vulnerable to potential terrorist threats.

My colleagues and I demand DHS @SecMayorkas answer our questions regarding this.

Thanks to @TuckerCarlson and @BillFOXLA for reporting on our raised concerns to Homeland Security @SecMayorkas regarding freed Afghan prisoners and our porous southern border. We need border security, now.
