HHS Sec. Becerra gutted the authority of the Office for Civil Rights to enforce conscience protection laws and rescinded waivers for faith-based child welfare agencies.

Proud to work alongside my friend Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) and so many others urging him to reverse these actions.

Faith-based organizations play a vital role for hundreds of thousands of foster children around the country.

I am proud to join 32 Senators and 69 other House members in this effort!

Faith-based adoption and foster care agencies are the best chance these children have to find loving and caring homes. I'm proud to join Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC-5) in fighting for the best care for these children.

Faith-based childcare providers and agencies play an integral role in caring for our nation's families and children. I'm proud to sign on to this letter to stand up for their rights to run according to their convictions.

Faith-based child welfare agencies are under attack from the Biden HHS. This is unacceptable and an assault on religious liberty.

Proud to stand with Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC-5) to defend conscience protections for these critical faith-based providers.

NEW: 45 House Republicans led by Rep. Matt Rosendale (R-MT), are accusing the Biden administration of attempting to abolish ICE "from within" after the Department of Homeland Security has placed a number of restrictions on the agency
foxnews.com → House Republicans accuse Biden DHS of seeking to 'abolish ICE from within' with new rules for agents

Proud to lead this effort urging Secretary Mayorkas to rescind his memoranda that seeks to abolish ICE from within by preventing agents from enforcing U.S. immigration laws.

With the Biden border crisis getting worse by the day, we need ICE to enforce our laws more than ever.

The Biden Admin is trying to destroy ICE from within by preventing agents from enforcing our laws. Proud to sign onto this letter. Thank you to my colleague from Montana for leading this effort. Rep. Matt Rosendale (R-MT)

🚨 Amid the #BidenBorderCrisis @SecMayorkas is ALSO blocking ICE enforcement!

Rep. Roy joined Rep. Matt Rosendale (R-MT) in calling on him to "rescind these misguided memoranda, faithfully enforce our nation’s immigration laws, and empower ICE personnel to continue the critical work they do”

Today I sent a letter to DHS Sec. Mayorkas opposing vaccine mandates for border patrol agents.

Our agents have worked tirelessly to manage the border crisis and with morale at an all-time low, this mandate will be the last straw for folks who are considering leaving or retiring.

Proud to join my fellow Texan in this effort!

Our border agents don't need vaccine mandates amidst an unprecedented crisis they're doing their best to manage with an administration that doesn't care.

Thank you, Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX-23) for leading this effort.

I am proud to have signed on to Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX-23)’ letter because supporting our border patrol agents means supporting our country’s safety and security.

Our border patrol agents are facing enough problems as it is.

I trust the American people and their healthcare providers to make the right decision for themselves, NOT the government.

The Biden admin has failed to provide agents w needed resources to confront the unprecedented border crisis. Firing agents for something that should be a personal decision, not the gvt’s, would result in an even less secure border. Thanks Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX-23) for leading this effort!

Its unthinkable that the Biden admin would push out 100s of border patrol & ICE agents during the middle of the #BidenBorderCrisis after hailing them as heroes during the early days of the pandemic.

Proud to join Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX-23) asking @SecMayorkas to cancel #VaccineMandates.

With border apprehensions at a 30-year high, CBP cannot afford to lose a single agent. Our national security depends on it.

I joined Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX-23) in sending a letter to @SecMayorkas to oppose vaccine mandates for border patrol agents.

I joined Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX-23) to demand Secretary Mayorkas consider alternatives to enforcing Biden’s authoritarian vaccine mandate upon those who work at the Department of Homeland Security.

Today, I sent a letter to the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee expressing concern over U.S. Olympians abusing their platform to promote divisive, anti-American rhetoric.

Our own Olympic team isn’t a platform for anti-American displays, period.

rosendale.house.gov → Press Releases | U.S. Representative Matt Rosendale

The Olympics should be about patriotism and the love of one’s country. And it should be a time when partisan politics is put aside. If you do not love America, I cannot begin to imagine why you would want to represent America on the world stage.

Representing the USA in the Olympics is a privilege and honor that should not be misused to participate in divisive, anti-American rhetoric. 🇺🇸

If you don’t like America, don’t represent her in the olympics.

I am proud to sign onto this letter. Thank you to my colleague from Montana, Rep. Matt Rosendale (R-MT) for leading this effort.

#GodBlessAmerica

Those who represent our country on the international stage should do so with patriotism and honor. They shouldn't use it as an excuse to spew anti-American propaganda.

Rep. Roy was proud to join this letter led by Rep. Rosendale:

Anti-American and hateful rhetoric has no place on @TeamUSA. Glad to join Rep. Matt Rosendale (R-MT) and many of my @HouseGOP colleagues in sending this letter to the U.S Olympic and Paralympic Committee. ⬇️

Representing the US in the Olympic Games is a great honor and privilege that should not be taken lightly. The hateful anti-American behavior a few athletes have exhibited is unacceptable. I signed on to a letter to the US Olympic & Paralympic Committee to express this concern.

Those who represent us abroad at the Olympics should honor and respect our country. It is their duty to proudly represent our country not just as athletes, but as Americans.

The Olympics represent the best athletes in the world. They should not be used to advance a political agenda but rather offer a moment in unity. I’m proud to join my colleagues in demanding the Olympic committee cut the partisan rhetoric and enforce their own rules.
