Biden administration cancels Alaska oil and gas lease sale
The Interior Department's decision to not move forward with the lease sale comes as gas prices soar.

ESG is a scam. It has been weaponized by phony social justice warriors.
Just as bad @elonmusk is when publicly traded companies are forced by new @SECGov rules to disclose information that isn’t relevant or material to their operations… if they can even track it. Oil company? Material info. Car company? Maybe. Social media company? Not material.
Proud to join all SC Republicans & 100+ Members in calling on SCOTUS to take up a case to delist Planned Parenthood as an SC Medicaid provider. @PPFA is a pro-abortion activist group that profits off of the killing of unborn babies, masquerading its services as “health care."

Abortion is not health care!
Murdering babies isn’t healthcare, and @PPFA is profiting off of the deaths happening at their own hands. Thank you, Rep. Jeffrey Duncan (R-SC-3) for continuing the fight for life.

This is the reality of the #BidenBorderCrisis
This was the scene yesterday morning at a local store in Grandville, Michigan. It’s unacceptable that the Biden Administration is sending pallets of hard to find baby formula to the border but families in Michigan are facing shortages.
My colleagues and I are calling on the Biden Administration to properly and seriously address the baby food shortage. As for Democrats in Congress waiting until May 25th to hold a hearing that is too long for families to wait. Families deserve answers now
As gas prices continue to push record highs in #WestMichigan and across the nation, the Biden Administration continues to make it more difficult to unleash American energy. It's another missed opportunity to provide relief to families, farmers, & #Smallbiz
The Interior Department's decision to not move forward with the lease sale comes as gas prices soar.
View story at cbsnews.comGreat news! Tonight the House unanimously passed my #SmallBiz legislation 419-0! Approximately 98% of businesses in Michigan are small businesses. We need to work to ensure small biz has a level playing field against the “big guys” & my legislation, HR 935, will help do that!
I'll be speaking on the House floor shortly about my legislation to help #SmallBusinesses! Tune into @cspan now! #SmallBiz
SEC Chair Gensler has finally extended the public comment periods on some major rulemakings.
This comes after RMs Rep. Patrick T. McHenry (R-NC-10), Sen. Patrick J. (Pat) Toomey (R-PA), and Rep. Bill Huizenga (R-MI-2) have consistently demanded he provide Americans adequate time to voice their concerns about the SEC's agenda.

Glad to see @SECGov is extending comment periods for 3 of its proposed regulations. Sadly, these represent just a few of the over 50 regs on the Commission's regulatory agenda. SEC must commit to open and transparent rulemakings for its entire docket, not just a few select regs.

Federal agencies must allow ample time for the public to provide feedback on proposed rulemakings.
While this is a good start, Chair Gensler must immediately extend the inadequate comment periods on other active rulemakings.
