Michael Ted Levin is an American politician serving since 2019 as the U.S. representative from California's 49th congressional district, which covers most of northern coastal San Diego County, as well as part of southern Orange County. A member of the Democratic Party and an environmental attorney by occupation, he was elected to the House of Representatives in 2018 and reelected in 2020.
